Refunds

30 days. If you don’t like it, you get the money back.

This covers every package bought on sovereignquant.com.au: Volume I, Volume II, the Robustness Report, the Bundle, the Dominance Pack, and both workstation licences.

  1. You have 30 days from the Stripe payment.
  2. Email reports@sovereignquant.com.au with the receipt number and the word refund.
  3. You do not have to explain why. Not liking it is enough.
  4. The refund goes back to the same card. We do not keep a fee.

A delivered PDF or HTML report does not cancel the refund. Ask inside the 30 days and it is paid back.

This policy is for sovereignquant.com.au only. MetaTrader licences on sovereign-quant.com are a different sale.
